Liver pancakes with onion recipe

Rinse the liver under running water, remove films and fat. Peel the onions and cut into several pieces. Then turn the liver along with the onions through a meat grinder. Beat the eggs well and add to the minced liver, season it with salt and pepper, gradually, stirring constantly, add flour and soda.

Pour vegetable oil into a skillet and heat over high heat. Form pancakes from the liver mixture and fry them on both sides until tender.

Make the sauce. To do this, mix sour cream, milk and softened butter. Put on a low heat and bring to a boil with continuous stirring. Then remove from heat and pour the prepared sauce over the liver pancakes. They must be completely covered. Let them boil with the sauce for 10-15 minutes and serve.

Liver pancake recipe with garlic

To make pancakes from the liver, you need to take:

– 300 grams of raw liver; – 100-150 grams of mayonnaise; – 4 cloves of garlic; – 2 eggs; – ½ glass of milk; – 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil; – a little flour; – ground black pepper; – salt.

Rinse the beef, pork or chicken liver, remove fat, films and bile ducts. Pass the liver through a meat grinder or grind in a blender. Add egg, flour, salt, pepper, gradually pour in milk. Liver dough for pancakes should not be too thin in consistency. Mix everything thoroughly.

Grease a skillet with vegetable oil, heat it and reduce heat to medium. Bake thin liver pancakes, browning on both sides.
