Similarly, you should refrain from moving furniture or other activities that require the use of force. If you need to carry something, try to spread the weight on both hands (for example, two mineral waters of 1,5 l each should be carried in one hand). Thanks to this, we will not overload the joints, shoulders or knees too much. When lifting a heavy object from the ground, do not do it on your knees straight, it will be safer if you crouch down and only then slowly start lifting.
