Tundra Bitter Liqueur refers to dessert bitter drinks, its optimal strength should not exceed 35%.
It appeared on the Russian market quite recently, only in 2016 the Tatspirtprom company launched the production of liquor. TM Tundra is already familiar to the consumer in the form of vodka.
Composition of Tundra liqueur
The composition includes three plant components on which the manufacturer focuses:
Licorice is a recognized aphrodisiac. Promotes longevity and better disclosure of feelings.
Badian – the favorite spice of confectioners, tones, gives a unique pleasant taste.
Ginger – improves the supply of oxygen to the brain, activates perception and intelligence, increases activity.
For the production of liquor, a special technology (maceration) is used, which consists in saturating the alcoholic component with the aroma and taste of dried herbs and roots.
The bottle has a sleek design. The main background of the label is dark green with a golden inscription. As a symbol, a cone-shaped tent is used, which is called “Tundra” and thus emphasizes the name of the TM.
Liquor Tundra Bitter can be served as an aperitif and digestif. It combines well with citrus ingredients and this allows you to create delicious cocktails.
Special connoisseurs of bitter drinks prefer to use Bitter in its pure form, after cooling it well.

Pepper Bitter Cocktail
Ingredients
Tundra Bitter liqueur – 20 ml
Gin – 30 ml
Schweppes – 60 ml
Raspberry puree – 40 g
Lemon juice – 20 ml
bell pepper for decoration
Ice
Method of preparation
In a shaker, mix liqueur, gin, raspberry puree and lemon juice.
Throw ice into a tall glass, strain the contents of the shaker and add Schweppes.
Garnish with bell pepper slices when serving.
Cocktail Cheeky Bibi Fizz
Ingredients
Tundra Bitter liqueur – 40 ml
Lemon juice – 15 ml
Sugar syrup – 10 ml
Berry jam – 2 tsp
Egg white – 1/2
Water with gas – 50 ml
Ice
Raspberry – 3 pc.
Method of preparation
In a shaker, mix liqueur, lemon juice, syrup, jam and egg white.
Throw ice into a glass, strain and carefully pour the contents of the shaker, add water with gas.
Garnish with raspberries when serving.
Cocktail Fruko Cobbler
Ingredients
Tundra Bitter liqueur – 20 ml
Lemon juice – 20 ml
Ginger ale – 90 ml
Candied Ginger – 10 g
Ground cinnamon – 1 g
Ice
Method of preparation
Mix all ingredients in a tall glass and add ice.
Garnish with candied ginger and ground cinnamon when serving.
Fizz Cocktail
Ingredients
Tundra Bitter liqueur – 20 ml
Schweppes – 40 ml
Lemon juice – 20 ml
Sugars – 5 g
Egg white – 5 g
Prunes – 1 pcs.

Method of preparation
In a shaker, mix liqueur, juice, sugar, egg white and ice.
Pour the contents of the shaker into a tall glass, add Schweppes.
Garnish with prunes when serving.
Mirage cocktail
Ingredients
Tundra Bitter liqueur – 15 ml
Mint liqueur – 15 ml
Cream liqueur – 15 ml
Liqueur Triple sec – 15 ml
Method of preparation
In the shot, add the ingredients (mint liqueur, cream liqueur, triple sec and bitter) in layers.
Serve with sliced orange.

Ingredients
Tundra Bitter liqueur – 30 ml
Whiskey – 60 ml

Mix all ingredients in a shaker and pour into a glass.

Ingredients
Tundra Bitter liqueur – 30 ml
Red sweet vermouth – 30 ml
Champagne – 60 ml

Method of preparation
Put ice in a whiskey glass, pour all the ingredients and mix well.

Cocktail Bitter & OJ
Ingredients
Tundra Bitter liqueur – 30 ml
Orange juice – 150 ml
Almond liqueur – 30 ml
Vanilla syrup – 0,5 ml

Method of preparation
Mix all ingredients in a shaker and pour into a chilled tall glass.
Garnish with an orange slice when serving.
Cocktail Apple Sling
Ingredients
Tundra Bitter liqueur – 50 ml
Tonic – 50 ml
Apple juice – 50 ml
Ice

Method of preparation
Mix all ingredients except tonic in a shaker.
Cool the glass and fill with ice, pour the contents of the shaker. Top up with tonic.
Garnish with an apple slice when serving.
Cocktail Hot Butter B
Ingredients
Tundra Bitter liqueur – 50 ml
Apple juice – 90 ml
Lemon juice – 20 ml
Honey syrup – 10 ml
Carnation – 3 pcs.
Anise -1 star
Cinnamon – 1 stick
Butter – 1 tsp.
Lemon slice
Method of preparation
Pour all ingredients into a saucepan and heat until butter melts.
Heat the serving dish and pour the contents of the saucepan.
Garnish with a slice of lemon when serving.
