Lipohep is an anticoagulant drug, antithrombin activator.
Lipohep – indications and dosage
Indications: topical treatment of superficial limited edema and hematomas resulting from superficial venous thrombosis, varicose veins or blunt trauma.
Dosage
- The treatment time is up to 14 days
Lipohep and contraindications
Contraindications to the use of Lipohep are:
- hypersensitivity to any component of the preparation or heparin,
- bleeding tendency and thrombocytopenia.
- Do not use on large areas of the skin.
- Do not use in children up to 11 years of age.
Lipohep – warnings
- Avoid using Lipohep around the eyes, nose and mouth due to the ethanol content.
- Do not use on open wounds and on mucous membranes.
- Do not use in the case of skin diseases of unknown origin and in the case of purulent infection.
- In the event of redness, rash, itching, erythema, Lipohep should be discontinued.
- In the case of inflammation of the superficial veins of the lower extremities, compression therapy should be applied first.
- Lipohep can be used in pregnant and breastfeeding women only after consulting a doctor. During this period, do not use on a large surface or for a long time.
- Do not use the drug in children under 11 years of age.
- Lipohep has no influence on the ability to drive and use machines.
Lipohep – interactions
They are not known. Concomitant topical application of other medicinal products to the same skin area with Lipohep is not recommended.
