Linseed oil sauce

Ingredients: two tablespoons of olive oil, a tablespoon of raw apple cider vinegar, 3 tablespoons of linseed oil, half a tablespoon of lemon juice, a pinch of salt.

Preparation:

Whisk all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl or shake in a jar with a lid. Flaxseed sauce is ready!

This sauce has a specific taste, but I really like it. Most importantly, flaxseed oil is a good source of omega-3 fatty acids, which are usually lacking in a standard diet. For normal development and functioning of the body, the ratio of omega-3 to omega-6 fats should be close to 1: 1. However, this ratio in the diet of Westerners is usually 1:25! The consequences of this imbalance can be dismal. Yes, in order to survive, we need some amount of omega-6 fats, but they can cause inflammation in the body, which leads to various chronic diseases. Omega-3s, on the other hand, prevent inflammation. Therefore, it is very important to add sources of omega-3 fatty acids to your diet.

And raw apple cider vinegar, which you can easily make yourself, has long been recognized for its many health and beauty benefits. In particular, it is a good natural remedy for acne and obesity. The fact is that raw apple cider vinegar “powerfully” improves the functioning of the digestive system and helps to get rid of constipation (which is often the cause of acne). This vinegar enhances the production of gastric juice, which is essential for normal digestion. In addition, it has antiviral, antibacterial, and antifungal properties. Raw apple cider vinegar promotes the growth of probiotics, the beneficial bacteria in our body. Because it helps maintain the balance of yeast and bacteria that require sugar to feed, consuming this vinegar may help reduce sugar requirements. I will also mention that it contains potassium and other minerals and elements we need.
