Use of linseed oil at home
In its pure form
It can be applied to the root zone without diluting. Before use, flaxseed oil for hair is slightly warmed up (it is more pleasant to use it in a warm form, and it is absorbed faster), rubbed into the roots and gently distributed over the entire length of the hair. Then the head is covered with a film, wrapped in a towel. Leave on for 30-60 minutes and wash off with shampoo.
Flaxseed oil is thick in texture and can weigh down hair and clog pores. Test it on a small patch of skin first.
In masks
Is it possible to use flaxseed oil for hair as part of balms and masks? Of course. The oil will become a conductor for the beneficial substances that are in other components of the masks. Hair will quickly receive the necessary nutrition. Simply add 2-3 drops to your favorite cleanser and use as usual.
Use unrefined oil – only it contains all the necessary nutrients.
