Method of preparation
Sort the lingonberries and wash, put in a saucepan, add apples, peeled and seeds, and cut into thin slices, pour in a glass of water and put on fire. Cook until the lingonberries are tender and the apples are tender, then rub through a colander to remove the seeds and skin. Add sugar and cook the marmalade in a shallow saucepan with a wide bottom, stirring continuously with a wooden spoon or spatula.
