The document establishes maximum trade markups for drug wholesalers and pharmacies selling drugs in Moscow. From now on, for Russian drug manufacturers, the markup to the actual selling price (excluding VAT) will be 15 percent. For foreigners – 20 percent, taking into account the costs associated with customs clearance of the goods.
The document also establishes a marginal trade mark-up used in the formation of prices for medicines for beneficiaries. In this case, the premium for legal entities licensed for pharmaceutical activities and containing pharmacies on their balance sheets, as well as for wholesalers and pharmacies selling finished narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, etc., will be 20%.
In addition, the decree establishes a marginal trade markup of 15 percent, which is used in the formation of prices for medicines when they are delivered to medical institutions in Moscow.
