Lilac tincture: 3 recipes at home

Lilac tincture has been known for its healing properties since ancient times.

In the XNUMXth century, it was used to treat nervous disorders, metabolic disorders, and gout. Today, a lilac drink is taken to cleanse the body, recover from illnesses, eliminate joint problems, muscle and headaches.

Tips before starting

  1. For the manufacture of infusion, large flowers and unblown buds are collected.

  2. Lilacs are harvested in early spring, paying attention to the quality of raw materials: they must be clean and fragrant.

  3. Buds from city trees are not suitable; it is better to find a suitable plant in a suburban area.

  4. The finished infusion is stored in a dark glass bottle.

  5. Use the medicine 25-50 drops three times a day in monthly courses or rub it on the affected joints and bruised areas.

  6. You can dissolve lilac extract in warm tea and drink in small portions. In no case should the dosage be increased, since in large quantities the drug has toxic properties.

Lilac tincture “Flower”

Alcohol should be used diluted (40-50 degrees). Flowers may be fresh or dry.

Ingredients

  1. A mixture of lilac flowers and buds – ¼ cup

  2. Alcohol / vodka – 1 glass

Method of preparation

  1. Ceiling the lilac mass, pour into a glass jar.

  2. Pour alcohol into the container, leave the liquid to soak in the dark at room conditions.

  3. After 1-1,5 weeks, drain the infusion, pass through a cloth, pour into a small bottle.

Lilac tincture of flowers and green mass

In this recipe, whole lilac brushes are harvested along with leaves and small twigs. They are pre-crushed into pieces and fill a liter jar by a third of the volume.

Ingredients

  1. Lilac raw materials – 0,3-0,4 l

  2. Vodka – 1 liter

Method of preparation

  1. Pour the crushed lilac into the prepared container, soak in vodka.

  2. Let the liquid soak in the dark and cool for at least 2 weeks, shaking the infusion regularly, strain.

Lilac tincture “White”

For the preparation of lilac preparations, you can take flowers of any color, but this recipe refers specifically to white raw materials. It requires a freshly picked lilac color.

Ingredients

  1. White lilac flowers – 100 g

  2. Vodka / alcohol / moonshine – 1 l

Method of preparation

  1. Pour raw materials into a suitable jar, pour in alcohol.

  2. Transfer the vessel to a dark cool place, hold for 11-12 days.

  3. Shake contents before each use.

This extract helps well with heel spurs – to eliminate it, daily lotions are made 3-4 times for half an hour. When taken internally, the drink is consumed twice a day in the amount of 20 drops.
