Ligunin is a dietary supplement that reduces the symptoms of menopause. It contains natural phytoestrogens that do not cause side effects. It is intended for women in the menopausal period. Before use, get to know the exact operation of the preparation and dosage.

Ligunin – action

Ligunin is a dietary supplement intended for women during menopause. Its task is to regulate the activity of sex hormones. During the menopause there is a so-called “Hormone storm” that can make it difficult for a woman to function. They may then appear, for example:

  1. hot flushes,
  2. neuralgia,
  3. constant irritation,
  4. malaise and weakness.

This is because hormonal changes occur in a woman’s body during the menopause. They consist in the inhibition of egg production, i.e. the disappearance of the ability to reproduce. Ligunin, thanks to the content of linseed lignans (linseed), has a similar effect to estrogens, and therefore has a beneficial effect on the body.
