Grind 150 g of oatmeal cookies in a blender, fill it with 50 ml of apple juice and mash it with a fork. Tamp the mass in a baking dish with foil and put it in the refrigerator. While it freezes, whisk with a blender 400 g of cottage cheese, 350 ml of unsweetened yogurt and rub half a lemon. Add 2 eggs, 3 tablespoons of honey and 1 tablespoon of starch. Beat the curd mass with a blender and pour it over the frozen base. And now the subtlety of baking. The form with cheesecake is put in a wider container with water, so that it reaches its middle, and only then send it to a preheated 180 °C oven for an hour. Alternatively, you can prepare this dietary dessert in a slow cooker. In any case, let it cool down and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Treat your family to a healthy cheesecake and do not forget to leave a piece for yourself.
Snow-capped peaks
Protein diet dessert in the form of the most delicate meringue is a joy for those who heroically refuse their favorite cakes. First of all, we separate 4 proteins from the yolks and beat them until they form persistent white peaks. To speed up the process, the eggs need to be properly cooled and add a pinch of salt to them. At the very end, add 2-3 tsp. sorbitol or any sweetener, as well as 1 tsp.cinnamon, 2 tbsp. coconut shavings and a pinch of vanilla for flavor. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and use a spoon to spread the meringue on it in the form of “droplets”. We send the baking sheet to the oven preheated to 110 °C and bake for 50-60 minutes. Do not rush to immediately take out the dessert — let it stand there for 15-20 minutes. Otherwise, the meringue may fall off. This dietary dessert will appeal even to children. Especially for them, you can serve meringue with condensed milk, jam or maple syrup.
Blackberry coolness
Desserts without baking will always come to the rescue when you desperately want to treat yourself to something delicious during a diet. And here, light summer desserts with berries are second to none. Blackberry sorbet is one of the best embodiments. In a small saucepan, bring 250 ml of water to a boil and pour 150 g of sweetener into it. Constantly stirring, bring the syrup to a boil, cook for another minute, then remove from the heat. Cool and put in the refrigerator. Puree 500 g of blackberries with a blender, mix it with the cooled syrup and carefully filter through a sieve. Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of any berry liqueur, if desired. We transfer the mass to a plastic container and put it in the freezer for 3-4 hours. Every hour we take out the sorbet and punch it with a blender. This summer cold dessert of a wonderful color will effectively complement the leaves of fresh mint, lemon balm or other fragrant herbs. And for children, you can sweeten the sorbet with syrup.
Milk velvet
Light jelly desserts will not cause any harm to your figure. To start, soak 10 g of gelatin in ½ cup of chilled boiled water for about an hour. Bring to a boil 2½ cups of low-fat milk, remove it from the stove and add 3 tablespoons of sugar. Again, bring the milk to a boil, let it cool down a little, then enter the gelatin. In order for the diet dessert from milk to freeze and turn out elastic, do not boil the gelatin in any case. Ideally, its temperature should not exceed 80 °C. After thoroughly stirring the gelatin, add a pinch of vanilla and pass the mass through a sieve. Pour the milk base into molds or glasses and put it in the refrigerator. When the jelly hardens, we lower the molds for 2 seconds in boiling water — so their shape will remain perfect. You can serve the jelly with a refreshing lime or by adding different fruits. This is a great summer dessert for a holiday in the family circle.
Chocolate Magic
Diet chocolate dessert is not a fiction, but a very real dish. To prepare it, mix 200 ml of natural low-fat yogurt without additives and 50 g of real bitter cocoa powder. Here we also send a ripe banana, cut into circles, and 2 tsp. vanilla sugar. Using a blender, whisk all the ingredients into a homogeneous smooth mass, tighten the bowl with mousse with cling film and send it to the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. If you want to prepare this summer dessert in a couple of minutes, cool all the ingredients in advance. We fill the cremans with chocolate mousse, carefully lay out your favorite fruits and berries on top. And for sweetmeats who do not know about the existence of diets, you can prepare the same dessert, replacing yogurt with fat cream, and cocoa powder with bitter chocolate.
