An abundance of sophisticated snacks. Salads full of mayonnaise, potatoes and meat are not only tasty at the same time, but also contain a huge amount of calories. After such treats, if someone touches a hot meal, it is only out of respect for the hostess.
What to do: Switch to a more balanced combination – fresh vegetable salads, baked meat, jellied or baked fish, a light cake with fruits. Instead of potatoes, opt for rice or vegetable stew.

Pay special attention to oily fish: the unsaturated fatty acids, vitamins D and E contained in it have proven to be excellent fighters against free radicals, which are formed especially actively in conditions of increased attention to alcohol. Salmon, sturgeon, trout, sea bass and cod are very good.
Ignore cola and other soda: too sweet, and carbon dioxide provokes overeating, fermentation and accelerates the absorption of alcohol.
