Light Kellerbier (Pale Kellerbier)

A distinctive feature of the style is its freshness and naturalness. Both malt and hops are clearly felt in the taste. Drinkable, refreshing, light beer, especially popular in summer during seasonal work.

The bouquet is fragrant, pronounced, with tones of green apple, a note of diacetyl is possible, this is not a violation of the quality standard.

Color – yellowish-gold, cloudy. In the glass it forms a strong creamy foam, low carbonation.

The aftertaste is malty, but the hop bitterness is felt to the end. The drink seems “slippery”, rarely pinches the tongue.

Made with a Munich helles or other lager (and the same ingredients), but the beer is not pasteurized or filtered. They drink very young, so the style is not exported.
