It is necessary to mix the pre-chopped cabbage leaves, cucumber and greens. Next, you need to add cottage cheese to them. Season the salad with lemon juice.

Turkey omelet

– Protein – 2 pieces; – turkey breast – 150 grams; – Chinese cabbage, lettuce, pepper, green onions – to taste.

It is necessary to boil the turkey and add the egg whites to it. Season the dish with pepper and microwave for 3 minutes. Then the omelet should be put on lettuce and cabbage, sprinkled with finely chopped green onions on top.

The products must be mixed in a blender to get a homogeneous mass, similar in consistency to kefir. You can drink a cocktail instead of dinner.
