Lifting dumbbells in front of you — technique exercises:
- Take the dumbbells in hand, stand straight with feet shoulder width apart.
- On the exhale, slowly raise dumbbells just above shoulder level. Arms should be slightly bent at the elbows.
- When doing exercise, try not to use your back muscles. Keep your back straight.
- Do this exercise without jerks and sudden movements.
- Slowly lower the dumbbells to the starting position.
