Lifting dumbbells for biceps standing bronirovanii grip — technique exercises:

  1. Become straight, take in each hand dumbbell bronirovanii grip (palms facing downward). Arms are fully extended, legs at shoulder width. This will be your initial position.
  2. Keep the shoulders motionless. On the exhale, follow the bending of the arms. Move only the forearms. Continue to the full contraction of the biceps until the dumbbells will be at shoulder level. Pause, straining the muscles.
  3. Slowly lower the dumbbells down to the starting position.
  4. Complete the required number of repetitions.

Variations: you can perform this exercise using an EZ-handle attached to the bottom block. This option allows you to feel good “bicep peak” at the end of the movement.
