Lifting dumbbells — technique exercises:
- Take a dumbbell in each hand and stand straight with arms extended at the sides with a slight bend at the elbow, keep your backs straight. This will be your initial position.
- During the exhalation effort of the shoulder muscles, lift the dumbbells up to chest level. Your movements should guide the elbows. Hold the dumbbells for 1-2 seconds in the upper position.
- On the exhale, lower the dumbbells.
Be careful with the choice of weight as if not properly exercise the possible asymmetry in muscle growth and of a shoulder injury.
