Lifting buttocks — technique exercises:
- Take position for push-UPS, resting on the floor with your forearms as shown in the figure. Arms bent at a 90 degree angle.
- The back is slightly bent.
- On the exhale, raise the buttocks up, straining the abdominal muscles. The distance between the hips and chest should be reduced.
- On the inhale slowly lower down to starting position. Ensure that your back doesn’t SAG down.
- Complete the required number of repetitions.
