Lifting buttocks — technique exercises:

  1. Take position for push-UPS, resting on the floor with your forearms as shown in the figure. Arms bent at a 90 degree angle.
  2. The back is slightly bent.
  3. On the exhale, raise the buttocks up, straining the abdominal muscles. The distance between the hips and chest should be reduced.
  4. On the inhale slowly lower down to starting position. Ensure that your back doesn’t SAG down.
  5. Complete the required number of repetitions.
