Lifting barbells for biceps on incline bench — technique exercises:
- Lie with your stomach on an inclined bench, holding down the hands of the rod, as shown in the figure. This will be your initial position.
- On the exhale, follow the bending of the arms at the biceps. Keep the hand piece from the elbow to the shoulder still. Tip: work only forearm. Don’t shake hands.
- Pause for a moment, straining the muscles. On the inhale slowly lower the barbell to the starting position.
- Complete the required number of repetitions.
Variations: for this exercise you can use dumbbells or EZ-bar.
