Lifting barbells for biceps on incline bench — technique exercises:

  1. Lie with your stomach on an inclined bench, holding down the hands of the rod, as shown in the figure. This will be your initial position.
  2. On the exhale, follow the bending of the arms at the biceps. Keep the hand piece from the elbow to the shoulder still. Tip: work only forearm. Don’t shake hands.
  3. Pause for a moment, straining the muscles. On the inhale slowly lower the barbell to the starting position.
  4. Complete the required number of repetitions.

Variations: for this exercise you can use dumbbells or EZ-bar.
