Life hack. How to tidy up in the morning

The editorial staff of Woman’s Day remembered all the secrets of how to wake up in a good mood in the morning, manage to put yourself in order in a short time and hide flaws.

1. If you have difficulty getting up, many doctors recommend not to set the alarm two hours before getting up and set it every five minutes, but immediately set it to the time you need for the preparation. So the body will rest, the mood will be good, and the morning will be joyful.

2. A glass of warm water with lemon juice, drunk 10-15 minutes before breakfast, will help the body to start the day, and in a week the rashes will disappear on the skin and dark circles under the eyes will disappear.

3. The morning should start with a healthy and hearty breakfast. Breakfast is a guarantee of a healthy stomach, vigor and the fact that you will not go hungry all day, and in the evening you will throw up for dinner.

Take with you bright eyeshadow or lipstick, a highlighter and matting wipes to refresh your look and turn your daytime makeup into an evening one.

9. Also, to create a double look, you can twist your hair into a bun and pin it, and after work, loose your hair, and you get a light romantic wave.
