Fruit punch is an ideal drink for a large company. First of all, you need to cut 400 g of pineapples and 3 peaches into cubes (you can use canned ones). Mulled wine is created for a home party when it’s cold outside the window. The drink will get a unique sound if you add freshly squeezed orange juice to it. It is easiest to prepare it with a citrus press attachment. It is enough to cut 2 oranges in half and squeeze the juice using a rotating cone with stainless steel blades. Cover the saucepan with a lid and let it brew for half an hour. Next, filter the mulled wine, add sugar, orange juice and apple cubes. We reheat the drink until it boils and immediately remove it from the heat. Do not forget, mulled wine is served hot.

Treat your guests with a drink with a Russian flavor-a warming sea buckthorn sbiten. We will need fresh sea buckthorn berries to make juice from them. Fill the contents of the saucepan with 700 ml of water and cook for 15-20 minutes on low heat.

Let the drink cool down, filter and dilute a little honey to taste, then send it to the refrigerator, ideally for the whole night. The next day, we heat the broth, pour sea buckthorn juice and 300 ml of red wine. Bring the sbiten to a boil and immediately remove from the heat. If there is not enough sweetness, put some more honey.

Chocolate rivers, banana banks

Children will definitely want to take part in a cocktail party. Treat them to a delicious chocolate-banana milkshake. To prepare it is a couple of trifles. Just break 3 large bananas into several parts, put them in a glass bowl, add 50 g of cream ice cream with 3 tablespoons of milk and press the button. After that, you can get down to business. Beat 4 yolks and 50 g of sugar until the mass turns white. With an ordinary whisk, you will have to beat them manually for a very long time until your hand gets tired, while the whisk attachment for whipping will cope with this task several times faster and will give the mass a smooth, thick texture. Continuing to beat, add 150 ml of warm milk and 35% cream, as well as 1 tsp of vanilla extract. Now we pour the mass into the ice cream maker and run the nozzle. Just 20-30 minutes — and the amazing ice cream is ready.

We offer to decorate our cocktail with whipped cream, which we will also make ourselves. To do this, we will need the actual cream with a fat content of at least 33 % and again a whisk attachment. Due to the spherical springy shape and planetary rotation, the cream quickly increases in volume, acquires a stable airy texture and keeps its shape for a long time. Now you can “collect” our cocktail. We put the banana and chocolate mass in layers in a high glass. Or we pour our milkshakes into separate glasses, and decorate the top with fluffy cream.

Those who yearn for summer, cheer up with a bright lemon granite. To prepare it, we need to squeeze the juice from 6 lemons and 2 oranges.
