Special horizontal eye movements contribute to the interaction of both hemispheres of the brain and improve our memory. The experiments of the British psychologist and speech pathology expert Andrew Parker (Andrew Parker) and his colleagues from the University of Manchester (UK) showed that for noticeable results in memorization and associative recognition of words, it is enough to move your eyes from side to side (and not otherwise!) for approximately 30 seconds. Perhaps worth a try!
