Hat: a thin hat first has a convex shape, then becomes flat and even slightly depressed in the middle. The hat is up to 4 cm in diameter. When young, it is bell-shaped, then semicircular. Slightly hydrophobic, radially streaked. The edges of the cap are at first radially fibrous, slightly wavy, wrinkled. Sometimes the surface of the cap is covered with scales in the center. The cap color varies from light olive, yellow-green, golden brown or brown with a dark center.

The hollow stem has a bright, yellowish-green color. The base of the stem is whitish. In mature mushrooms, the whitish base turns blue. When cut, the stem acquires a bright bluish-green color.

Records: wide, infrequent, fleshy, plates interspersed with short plates. Plates adnate with a tooth or slightly notched, arcuate. In a young mushroom, the plates have a whitish-green color, in mature ones, the plates are pinkish.

Pulp: the watery, thin flesh has a strong mousey odour. When pressed, the flesh becomes bluish. Spore powder: light pink.

Spread: Gray leptonia (Leptonia euchlora) is found in deciduous or mixed forests. It grows on the edges of forests, meadows and forests. Prefers not fertile alkaline soils. Found singly or in large groups. Fruiting time: end of August beginning of September.

Similarity: It resembles many yellow-brown entoloms, among which there are many poisonous and inedible species. In particular, it can be mistaken for an entoloma depressed, with a cap depressed in the center and frequent whitish plates.

Edibility: poisonous mushroom, causes many dangerous phenomena.
