Lemonema: how to cook fish? Video

Lemonema is a representative of pestilence fish that lives in the waters of the Pacific Ocean. Its meat is low in calories, which makes lemonema indispensable for dietary nutrition. If you want to lose weight, this is exactly what you need: satisfying, nutritious, tasty and low in calories.

You will need: – 3-4 lemonema carcasses;

– 3 medium-sized carrots; – 2-3 onions; – salt; – seasoning for fish; – cream or sour cream.

Gut the lemonema, cut off all the fins, rinse in cold water and cut into portions. Place them in an enamel pot. Season with salt and fish seasoning.

Peel the carrots and onions. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, cut the onion into half rings. Place the onion on top of the fish and then the carrots. Pour cream over the mass or add a few tablespoons of sour cream. Put on fire, simmer fish for 10-15 minutes. The treat can be served hot or cold.

This is a separate dish. The marinade in which it was stewed will serve as a garnish and sauce for the fish.

You will need: – 2 headless lemonems; – 5-6 potatoes;

– 1 large onion; – 50 g butter; – lemon; – salt, black and white ground pepper to taste.

Clean the lemonema, gut, rinse thoroughly. Salt and pepper a little. Drizzle with lemon juice. Grease a baking dish with butter and put the fish in it. Leave to marinate for a few minutes.

Peel and cut the potatoes into fairly large cubes, that is, cut each potato lengthwise into 4-6 pieces. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Place the potatoes around the pickled lemonema, chopped onions on top. Cut frozen butter over potatoes and fish.

Place the dish in a preheated oven and bake at 180 ° C for 30–40 minutes. At the same time, water the potatoes and lemonma with melted butter every 10 minutes.

This dish is perfect with a sauce that will add spice to the fish. To prepare the sauce, take: – 1 pickled cucumber; – 1 bell pepper; – 1 hard boiled egg; – 2 cloves of garlic; – 3-4 tablespoons of sour cream.

Cut a cucumber, pepper, egg into very small cubes. Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Put chopped cucumber, bell pepper and egg in sour cream, add garlic and mix thoroughly. If you like it sharper, then add red pepper to the mass according to your taste.

The sauce can also be made more uniform in consistency. To achieve this, use a blender. Transfer to a bowl and whisk. The spicy and aromatic sauce is ready.
