Lemon Gin Fizz cocktail recipe

Ingredients

1. Gin – 15 ml

2. Lemon juice – 20 ml

3. Sugar syrup – 1/2 tsp

4. Egg white – 1 pc.

5. Soda – 60 ml

How to make a cocktail

1. Shake all ingredients except soda in a shaker with ice.

2. Pour the contents of the shaker through the strainer into a goblet or bowl of ice.

3. Top up with soda and stir with a bar spoon.

4. Garnish with rosemary and lemon wedge.
