Method of preparation
Separate the yolks from the whites. Add half the sugar rate to the yolks, beat. Beat whites and cream separately. Boil water and the rest of the sugar, add gelatin swollen in water, juice squeezed from lemon, and yolks with lemon zest. Combine with proteins, cream, mix. Fill tall glasses, put in a cold place for 1 hour. Garnish the cream with lemon slices.
