The leg lifts in lying position — technique exercises:

  1. Lie down on a gym Mat. Straighten your legs, put your hands palms down, pulling them around, or put under the buttocks. This will be your initial position.
  2. Bend your knees. On the exhale, perform the leg lifts, pulling the upper part of the thigh to the midline. Continue the movement until your knees will be above your breast. Tighten your abdominal muscles.
  3. After a short pause on inhale, return to starting position.
  4. Complete the required number of repetitions.

Variations: to complicate the exercise, as the additional weight can use sandwiched between the legs of a dumbbell, weights or expander.
