- Become right by a chair or other stable support. Grasp the back of a chair (or stand) with one hand, as shown in the figure.
- Raise your straight leg forward. Lower your leg, drawing it back as far as your flexibility by performing a movement like a pendulum. Repeat 5-10 times, then change legs.
