Lecithin E is a supplement recommended to supplement the diet with lecithin and vitamin. E:

  1. in the case of strenuous physical exertion,
  2. helpful in memory disorders,
  3. in states of mental tension,
  4. helpful in states of fatigue and increased tension.

Lecithin E and contraindications

Contraindications to taking the Lecithin E supplement are:

  1. hypersensitivity to any component of the preparation,
  2. allergy to soy.

Dosage of the supplement

Lecithin E supplement is in the form of tablets to be taken by mouth. The capsule can be swallowed with liquid or dissolved in the mouth. The preparation should be taken after a meal.

  1. Adults and adolescents after the age of 14: up to 4 tablets a day.
  2. Children 7-13. years of age: 1-2 tablets a day.
