  • head of garlic;
  • Allspice – 5 peas;

  • Ground red pepper – 0,5 tsp;
  • Sugar – 3 tbsp. spoons with a slide;
  • Salt – 1,5 tbsp. spoons.

Cooking lecho according to this recipe takes 50-60 minutes without cooking time. First prepare the tomato juice. Tomatoes are washed well, the stalk is cut out and chopped in any convenient way. It is best to first get rid of the skin on the fruit. Now this gruel is poured into a saucepan and put on fire.
