Modern women lead an active lifestyle and every day more and more feel the influence of the environment and their rhythm of life on the skin. International studies have revealed that the top negative factors that women identify as the most relevant include lack of sleep, stress, poor ecology, unhealthy diet, and UV radiation.
Based on these studies, scientists have identified four signs of “behavioral aging” of the skin:
Color – the skin is grayish or yellowish. Causes: Smoking, polluted or conditioned air, insufficient fluid intake.
Contrast – hyperpigmentation of the skin as a result of excessive exposure to the sun or in a tanning bed.
Expressiveness – features of the “tired face”. Reason: fatigue, imbalance due to violation of the daily routine and stay mostly indoors, in front of the computer.
Imbalance – violation of the renewal of skin cells. Local areas with dry or, conversely, oily skin due to malnutrition and alcohol consumption.
