Loss of urethra is a developmental defect of the urethra, which is characterized by a cleavage of the urethra on the dorsal side of the penis. It can be limited only to the glans or the entire penis, then the baby is not urinating. The urethra is not fused in the epidermis, the penis is short, flat and bent upwards. This defect may be accompanied by other developmental anomalies, such as bladder eversion, cleft pubic symphysis, testis not descent, hernias.

Hexatitis – the definition of the disease

Lacky disease is a congenital developmental defect characterized by a cleavage of the urethra on the dorsal side of the penis. This ailment may affect only the glans or the entire penis, it occurs in both sexes, but it is more common in boys. In girls, the defect with incomplete urinary incontinence is manifested by clitoral cleft. If the urinary continence is completely impaired, it is also possible to split the symphysis pubis and involvement of the urethra.

Rent is classified as the so-called the team of leveling and peeling and is at the same time its lightest variety. More often, eagerness is accompanied by a more severe form of the syndrome, i.e. bladder eversion.

What are the causes of eating?

As mentioned above, equine disease is a congenital developmental defect. Even in the prenatal period, various complex processes arise from cells (sperm and egg). Disturbances at some stage of their formation result in the appearance of defects.

Attention

In topography, the process of embryogenesis is disturbed, which in turn leads to sexual and urinary system defects.

Types of riding

There are two types of horse riding:

  1. total vaginosis – characterized by non-union of the urethra together with two sphincters. Patients with this type of ailment have problems with complete urination and the penis is short;
  2. incomplete eagerness – divided into acorns and penis (that is, it touches the entire shaft of the penis).

Lusting – symptoms

The symptoms of vermiculture are associated with the formation of defects in various organs and systems.

1. Urinary system – there is a defect in the structure of the urethra, the part closer to the urethra is not split, while the bladder neck malfunctions, which ends with urinary incontinence.

2. Genital defect:

  1. boys – eaglets deform the penis as a result of its splitting on the dorsal side. Additionally, the proper movement of the cavernous bodies is disturbed. In boys, the penis is usually short, wide and curved upwards. The very surface of the penis, instead of the skin, is covered with the mucosa of a split urethra. In addition, you can see the deformation of the foreskin (defect on the dorsal side and excess on the ventral side). Rarely does the testicle fail to descend;
  2. girls – eagerness causes vaginal defects, which are characterized by its shortening (sometimes with the presence of partitions in the lumen) and narrowing and displacement of its external mouth. There is a split clitoris and underdevelopment of the labia. Some patients are also diagnosed with uterine defects and a defect in the structure of its bottom, which causes prolapse of the reproductive organ.

3. Problems in the skeletal system – they relate to the poor structure of the pelvic bones, which is characterized by a stretch of the symphysis pubis and their wrong position. In addition, there may be less adipose tissue around the pubic mound and problems with pubic hair formation during puberty.

4. The area of the anus and rectum – in the case of isolated mounts, such defects are rarely observed. They usually appear together with the eversion of the bladder. In rare cases, defects in the area of the anus and rectum in the apex are the abnormal forward displacement of the anus.

Hiding – recognition

Lyme disease is usually diagnosed immediately after birth on the basis of typical defects.

However, the obligatory tests include:

  1. urine culture
  2. general urine test,
  3. blood urea determination
  4. determination of creatinine concentration.

During the first few / a dozen or so days after childbirth, an ultrasound should be performed to assess the functioning of the urinary system. When the child grows up – it is recommended to perform an ultrasound check once a year. In addition to ultrasound, voiding cystrography is also performed during the first month of life.

After or during treatment, doctors perform endoscopy of the urinary tract in children to assess the urethra and bladder, and to determine the capacity of the bladder. In addition, during the treatment of vermiculture, it is necessary to constantly monitor the functioning of the elements of the urinary system that affect urinary incontinence. For this, a urodynamic study is needed.

Hiring – treatment

Treatment of topical skin is mainly the correction of defects during surgery. In girls, the neck of the urinary bladder, clitoris and urethra undergo reconstruction. If, in addition, there is a gap in the symphysis pubis, the surgeon performs its anastomosis. In boys, the penis, urethra and bladder neck are repaired.

Complications of the operation

These types of surgical procedures can cause complications. In the case of urethral reconstruction, strictures, urethro-cutaneous fistulas or diverticula may develop, which then require surgical or endoscopic treatment.

Proliferation reconstruction can cause its permanent abnormal bending, which can only be corrected by repeated surgery. When it comes to surgery of the bladder neck, a complication in the form of urination disorders may occur.

important

All patients diagnosed with epilepsy should be under constant medical care and undergo regular examinations.
