  • 2 bay leaves;
  • black pepper (peas);
  • 0,5 tsp paprika;
  • a bunch of any greens;
  • a pinch of salt.

Squeeze the juice from the cabbage with your hands, but do not pour out the liquid. Pour cabbage with 1 liter of water, send to the stove and simmer for about 1 hour over low heat.

Cut potatoes into cubes and combine with cabbage. Add the remaining water and cook until half cooked.

Grate the carrots and fry in a pan until cooked, then send to the potatoes.

Put finely chopped onions into the pan, add sunflower oil, 50 ml of water and simmer for 10 minutes.

Dilute flour with 3 tbsp. l. broth, break up lumps and pour into cabbage soup.

Send the stewed onion to the pan, then pour the paprika, salt, pepper, stir well and let it boil for 20 minutes.

If the acidity is weak, add the remaining juice from the sauerkraut directly into the pan. Put the bay leaf, finely chopped garlic cloves. Boil over low heat for 10 minutes, turn off the stove and let the soup brew.

  • 5 pcs. potatoes;
  • 1 can of canned beans;
  • 1 carrots;
  • 2 onions;
  • 1 stalk of celery;
  • 400 g of fresh champignons;
  • 3,5 L of water;
  • 5 st. l. sunflower oil;
  • 3 pcs. black and allspice pepper;
  • basil leaves;
  • salt to taste.

Wash the peeled potatoes, cut into strips, fry in a pan for 15 minutes.

Bring water to a boil in a saucepan and put fried potatoes in it, cook for 15 minutes.

Mushrooms must be soaked in advance and boiled from them 2 liters of broth.

Put sauerkraut in a clay container, fill with 500 ml of boiling water and put in the oven, heated to 140 °, for half an hour. After pour the cabbage broth into another bowl.

Add dill and coriander seeds to the pan in oil, heat for 3-5 minutes, but do not fry. Cool the oil, remove seasonings from it and discard. Mix oil with cabbage and chopped onion.
