Leader Code

The Leader’s Code reminds you that:

• The feeling of a leader always lives in me: I am significant, commanding is my natural right. People take my leadership for granted, follow orders.
• To dominate, I do not need to belittle subordinates. Supporting their self-esteem, it is more convenient for me to manage them. I am friendly and fair, but strict and demanding.
• I speak slowly and significantly, they listen to me. I never make excuses for anything.
• I am always «in shape» (both externally and internally), at least in public. I have correct posture. My movements are calm, graceful and smooth.
• The territory where I am is always mine. I feel comfortable everywhere, I’m in charge. I am the center.
