“Lazy people live longer” P. Axt, M. Axt-Gaderman

This is for us, lazy and relaxed, sleeping until lunch, working occasionally and taking a break from exhausting vacations. It turned out that while others were making careers, burning out and experiencing stress, we were right.

Keep serenity, breathe slowly, stop running at the slightest disturbance, take care of your peace of mind more than your wallet, meditate, take time off, bask in the sun in winter, do not torture yourself with stress, quarrels and ambitions. Generally take care of yourself. Followers of the physiologist Rubner, German scientists Peter Axt and Michaela Axt-Gadermann (he is a teacher of medicine, she is a doctor) wrote a whole book about the benefits of blissful laziness, which has nothing to do with apathy and depression. Live long and happily. Relax.
