Pass the meat, lard and zucchini through a meat grinder. Mix and add salt, pepper, spices to taste. Beat four eggs into the minced meat. Top with the fried vegetables. Add water 1/3 of the height of the baking sheet. In the oven at a temperature of 220-bake for about an hour.
