Pass the meat, lard and zucchini through a meat grinder. Mix and add salt, pepper, spices to taste. Beat four eggs into the minced meat. Chop the cabbage finely and mix with the resulting minced meat. Cut or grate the vegetables and fry with 1/2 of the oil. From the resulting mixture of minced meat and cabbage to form cabbage rolls (I got a large 22 pcs. on two sheets). Place the cabbage rolls on a baking sheet pre-greased with oil. Top with the fried vegetables. Add water 1/3 of the height of the baking sheet. In the oven at a temperature of 220-bake for about an hour.
