The principle of making rolls is similar regardless of what kind of filling is used in them. To do this, you need to take one or several sheets of thin pita bread, grease them with mayonnaise or another sauce suitable for the filling, then evenly distribute the filling over the entire plane of the pita bread, roll it into a tight roll and cut into portions of the desired size. You can not lubricate the pita bread only if the filling itself contains a liquid component; without using the sauce, the pita bread will turn out to be too dry.

An appetizer from rolls can be either small, no more than 2-3 cm thick, or massive, when only 3-4 servings are obtained from one sheet of pita bread, it all depends on your own taste preferences

Crab stick rolls with mushrooms

To prepare this appetizer, you will need: – 2 sheets of pita bread; – 200 g of crab sticks; – 100 g of any pickled mushrooms; – 50 g of olives or pitted olives; – 2 eggs; – dill; – 30 g of mayonnaise.

Boiled eggs, sticks, olives, mushrooms and herbs must be chopped into small pieces. Before preparing the roll, in a separate bowl you need to fill the resulting filling with mayonnaise, then put it on pita bread and twist it.

Crab sticks in any of the fillings must be used either chilled or previously thawed, since if they melt, already being cut and wrapped in pita bread, they will give it excess liquid

For this recipe, take: – 2 sheets of pita bread; – 200 g of soft melted cheese; – 200 g of crab sticks; – 2 small pickled cucumbers; – a bunch of salad with large leaves; – a clove of garlic, pepper to taste.

Garlic must be passed through a press, mixed with cheese, chopped cucumbers and chopped crab sticks, add pepper and grease the pita sheets with the resulting mixture. On top of it, spread lettuce leaves in one layer, then twist the roll.

Rolls with crab sticks and Korean carrots

For this dish you need: – lavash; – 200 g of crab sticks; – 100 g of Korean carrots; – 30–40 g of mayonnaise.

Lavash needs to be greased with mayonnaise, spread the crab sticks and Korean carrots cut into strips on it in an even layer, twist a tight roll and cut it into the desired number of portions.
