Side twisting is the technique of the exercise:
- Lie on the floor, legs slightly bent at the knees and turned to the left, as shown in the figure.
- Bring your right arm behind your head. This will be your initial position.
- On the exhale, pull your right elbow forward, as did the customary twisting.
- After a moment’s pause on the inhale return to starting position.
- Complete the required number of repetitions, put the legs in the other direction and repeat approach on the other hand.
