Get enough sleep. I try to go to bed before 10 pm. Then you manage to recover as much as possible overnight and there is no temptation for a late dinner. I confess that such an ideal regime requires a lot of organization and discipline. In addition, it is important when there are like-minded people nearby who help, and do not interfere with the rest. This is so significant, especially on the eve of a long day of shooting.

Eat right. Even before breakfast, just waking up, I drink a couple of glasses of hot water. This excellent Ayurvedic technique is good for cleansing the stomach and awakening the entire body. Breakfast is not plentiful. As a rule, porridge or omelet, tea with ginger and honey. For lunch – vegetables, meat or fish, a cup of coffee. Dinner is not late and very modest.

Give up unhealthy foods. For many years now I have not eaten bread, sausage, pastries, desserts, salt, sugar. The family is used to separate meals. There are a lot of vegetables and herbs in the diet. We love fruits, berries, we prepare all kinds of fruit drinks from them. You don’t need expensive overseas food to diversify your diet.

Go in for sports. It all depends on the season. In summer – walking, cycling, swimming, I spend a lot of time in the garden. In winter you can meet me at the skating rink. The gym has not been canceled. I confess I’m not a fan of it: I don’t like the contact with iron itself.

Recently, I have developed a recipe for a toned body using the EMS technique, when a workout lasts 20 minutes with the connection of the myostimulation apparatus and increasing the load on the muscles at the time of their contraction. The workout ends with a lymphatic drainage massage. This technique is effective and objectively gives a quick result.

Do the procedures not only in the salons, but also at home. As soon as a person first comes to a beauty salon, you need to be prepared for the fact that another item of expenses will appear in the budget. This is undoubtedly addictive. But my experience shows that the main thing is to separate the wheat from the chaff in time! For example, you can do some things yourself – scrubs, masks, some peels, and even self-massage. I am a big fan of sea salt baths. A wonderful remedy for both fatigue and slight indisposition. And with olive oil salt, you can make a wonderful exfoliation for the skin of the whole body. All kinds of oils will help restore the hair structure, if you use them before washing your head for 20 minutes. Of creams and masks, I prefer moisturizing, peptides, vitamins C, E, do not forget about massage of the face and neck.

Don’t waste time on tanning beds. I like fair, healthy skin, I don’t tan and I don’t like to waste time. But swimming with a mask, fins is a great pleasure, which I do not refuse whenever possible. The main thing is that the sea is warm.

Choose the right makeup. Recently, I have seriously revised my cosmetic bag and began to give preference to light toning textures, close to my skin color, so that the makeup remains as natural as possible. Although red lipstick, a woman’s weapon of seduction, the so-called heavy artillery, still occupies a worthy place in my collection today.

Follow the fashion. I sincerely admire the talent of our Russian fashion designers. For many years I have been friends with Elena Makashova, she has wonderful clothes. I fell in love with evening clothes, which are made for me by the Svetlana Lyalina Fashion House, and I wear them with pleasure.

Less stress. They do not add freshness and brightness to the perception of life. And they wear down and grow old. I tell them a categorical “no”. Although it can be difficult. Any shake-up in life makes us a little more experienced and stronger.

Choose your motivation. For example, every time I say to myself: “It improves the quality of life!”
