  • Tuesday: 3 glasses of kefir, 10 boiled potatoes, 1 liter of still mineral water
  • Wednesday: 3 glasses of kefir, 10 apples, 1 liter of still mineral water
  • Thursday: 3 glasses of kefir, 1 kilogram of boiled chicken fillet, 1 liter of still mineral water
  • Friday: 3 glasses of kefir, 1 kilogram of low-fat cottage cheese, 1 liter of still mineral water
  • Saturday: 3 glasses of kefir, 1 kilogram of sour cream, 1 liter of still mineral water

On the final, eighth day of the diet, you can not eat anything
