“Ladies’ man” – homemade liqueur with chocolate, condensed milk, milk and cream

In the Ladies’ Man liqueur, white chocolate goes well with a milk supplement and an alcohol base, while alcohol is practically not felt. First of all, this dessert drink is designed for women, but many men are not indifferent to it either. Ice cream is the best snack for the Ladies’ Man (you can add it directly to the glass), other desserts, such as chocolate and sweet pastries, are also suitable. Another advantage is quick preparation, the liquor can be tasted the very next day.

Store-bought vodka, ethyl alcohol diluted to 40%, or well-purified sugar or fruit moonshine of double distillation (odorless) is used as an alcohol base. It is better to take dairy products with maximum fat content, and white chocolate is natural, always without additives (nuts, raisins) and fillings.

Recipe for liqueur “Lady’s man”

Ingredients:

  • white chocolate – 150 g;
  • condensed milk – 200 g;
  • milk (fat content 2% and above) – 250 g;
  • cream (fat content 30% or more) – 250 g;
  • vodka (alcohol 40%, moonshine) – 0,5 l;
  • vanilla – 0,75 g.

Technology of preparation

1. Cut the chocolate into small pieces for quick dissolution.

2. Mix milk and cream in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, reduce heat to low and add chocolate. Stir until the chocolate is completely dissolved in the milk base.

3. Add condensed milk and vanilla to the pan. Stir until a homogeneous consistency is obtained, then boil over low heat for 5-7 minutes, constantly making sure that the liquid does not “run away” from the pan.

4. Pour the resulting mixture into a glass container through a kitchen strainer or gauze.

5. Cool to a temperature below 60 ° C (you can take the jar in your hands).

6. In a container for infusion, mix the milk chocolate base with alcohol in a 1:1 ratio. For example, if the mixture turned out to be 0,5 liters, then the alcohol base also requires 0,5 liters.

Ice cream can be made from the remains of the milk-chocolate mixture: mix 200 ml of the base with 200 ml of condensed milk, 200 ml of cream and add 1,5 teaspoons of instant coffee. Beat with a mixer until smooth, then send to the freezer for at least a few hours. Get an appetizer for liquor.

7. Seal tightly. Leave in the refrigerator or cellar for at least a day (preferably 3-5 days) to stabilize the taste.

8. Strain the finished liquor through several layers of gauze, pour into a storage bottle and close tightly.

Shelf life – up to 30 days in the refrigerator. Fortress – 18-20% vol.
