Lada Dance interview 2015

1. Reread your favorite, never let down book… For example, I am always saved from boredom by the stories of Jerome K. Jerome. Such subtle humor! And the topics raised by the author are still relevant today.

2. Watch a comedy. I prefer Soviet classics. “The Diamond Hand”, “Operation Y”, “Ivan Vasilyevich Changes His Profession.” By the way, watching the comedy series “Balzac Age” with my participation will perfectly cheer you up. Try it and see for yourself.

3. Treat yourself to a delicious meal. In moments of terrible melancholy, I go to a restaurant and order a French salad “Nicoise” with anchovies. I have taught my body not to overeat and therefore I distinguish the taste of each product and enjoy it.

4. Go to the skating rink with children… It’s both a cardio workout and a lot of fun.

5. Do some fun shopping. Buy, say, multi-colored socks, funny hats. Choose the brightest colors to please the eye.

6. Make a date with friends in a cozy cafe… I often invite people who are pleasant to me to sit in an institution serving natural berry tea. The meetings turn out to be so soulful and warm.

7. Go to the bath… I prefer a Russian bath with a broom and a cedar barrel to any spa. I have my own small spa at home. I constantly take algal, salt and mud baths, using clay and ointments brought from Italy and Japan. I love doing hydromassage. In one session I lose a pound of weight. And my favorite bath is milk bath with the addition of mineral water and honey. The skin after it is velvety.

8. Discover a new talent in yourself. Not so long ago I began to attend batik courses. I never thought that painting on fabric is so exciting. And you learn so much new about yourself, about your abilities.

9. Go through old photos. I like to put things in order in the archives. It happens that children join. Then the history lesson begins. Children look at portraits of great-great-grandmothers, great-grandfathers and other relatives, listen to stories about their lives, and understand that they are continuing the family line. These moments bring the family together.

10. Leave the city, change the environment. In winter, my children and I try to go to ski resorts for two or three weeks. Breathe clean air, give yourself physical activity. After such a rest, the strength for work appears.
