All family members should take part in labor education. Here are some tips to help you with this:
- Set a good example for your child. Clean houses and prepare food in time. Do it with pleasure, so that the child wants to try.
- At first, complete tasks together. Children may not like them very much, but don’t give up. Teach him that every night all cars should go to the “garage”, books on the shelf, and the rest of the toys in the house-box.
- With age, children take initiative. Do not under any circumstances suppress it. Even if, while washing the dishes, the crumb simply smeared fat on the plate, do not take this task away from him. Praise your baby and discreetly wash the dishes.
- Praise the child for each task completed, but do not “pay” him for the work with sweets, toys, etc.
- Over time, introduce your child to daily chores around the house. You can make a schedule and put responsibilities in there.
- Explain to the kid why to do this or that business, for example, say: “if you don’t water the flower, it will wither and be ugly”.
