L-Carnitine is a natural vitamin-like substance that performs very important functions in the human body. Carnitine is often used in fat burners for weight loss. This so-called amino acid is present in every healthy body and is simply necessary for the normal functioning of many organs. It is absolutely natural for a person to receive L-carnitine from food, while the additional intake of carnitine in the form of dietary supplements does not have a negative effect on its natural synthesis in the body.
