Ksenia Sobchak spoke about her diet

The TV presenter, together with her friends Polina Kitsenko, Oksana Lavrentieva and Nika Belotserkovskaya, left for the English wilderness to get her body in shape for the summer season.

Almost a plot from “Sex and the City”: four friends, leaving their husbands and work, together fly abroad. In a popular TV series, it would all end with noisy parties, shopping and resort romances. But this four has other interests.

They call themselves the Slim Bitch Club. Because the main motto of the star four is sports and proper nutrition. Every day! And once a year there is also an intensive course. For this, they fly away from their husbands and work. Last year my friends flew to Corsica, this year they went to England.

“The Slim Bitch Club in the English outback is starting to prepare post-wintering bodies for spring-summer nudity! Balanced nutrition, offi, cardio, rzhach and women’s friendship (exists)! ” – said Polina Kitsenko at the beginning of the trip.

As the instigator and founder of the club, Polina shares the successes of her friends every day, and also reports in detail about what they eat. This is how the menu at Slim Bitch Club looks like:

Breakfast

1. Warm water with lemon on an empty stomach before exercise.

2. Long carbohydrates are represented by cereals on the water. They are allowed to choose from either fruit or agave syrup. Only one thing!

4. Egg optional.

5. You can also whole grain bread no more than a piece, but then you cannot porridge.

Dinner

1. Turkey stewed in keila sauce (aka kale, cabbage. – Approx. “Antenna”).

2. Couscous with vegetables.

3. Raw vegetables.

4. Sweet potato puree.

Dinner

1. Lettuce leaves.

2. Guacamole.

3. Crab salad (on lime juice with cilantro, pepper and onion).

4. Boiled scampi.

5. Boiled beans sprinkled with lemon juice.

All without salt, without oil, only light protein and fiber. In the afternoon poultry protein, in the evening fish protein or seafood. Red meat, alcohol are excluded. There are also nuts on the table, but Kitsenko recommends eating them with caution. Remember: 100 g = 600-700 kcal!

In addition to proper nutrition, Sobchak, Belotserkovskaya, Lavrentieva and Kitsenko devote a lot of time to sports. Every day they pass through English meadows and pastures for at least 15 kilometers. By the way, on one of these walks with Sobchpak, a funny incident happened: she was almost attacked by a real English bull!

“In fact, the alarming moment is over and did not hit the camera. Nothing betrays in this peaceful agricultural pastoral the danger that Ksenia Vitorgan has just been exposed to when she is attacked by a young bull who is interested in her! ” – told about what happened Polina Kitsenko.

Ksenia herself did not report anything about the attack on her blog. But she is happy to share photos from workouts and dinners.
