Biography, contribution to science and practice

In 1979 he graduated from the Faculty of Psychology of Moscow State University. M. V. Lomonosov, taught at the IPK Goskomintourist. He studied with Arkady Petrovich Egides, since 1982 he began to conduct his own trainings, in 1983 he founded the Club of Practical Psychology (currently the Training Center) «Sinton». According to the results of the National psychological competition «Golden Psyche», the shopping center «Sinton» was recognized as a finalist in the nomination «The Best Project of 2000 in Practical Psychology». Developed by N.I. Kozlov Synton-program includes thematic cycles «Basic», «World of emotions», «Successful person», «Personal life», «Kingdom», «Difficult games». Developed the coaching system «Distance» as a method of independent work on the planned personal growth. The author of the trainings «Logical analysis of the text» and «The art of writing books», which develop thinking and the ability to work productively with texts.

In 2000 N.I. Kozlov developed the training business program “Business Standard” (“Communication Mastery and Efficient Business”, “Effective Activity: How to Set Goals, How to Achieve Goals”, “Leadership and Leadership: Effective Influence Techniques”, “Power over Emotions: Keys to management of oneself and others”, more than 80 open business trainings were held with the heads of the largest companies in Russia and Ukraine.

Author of books on practical psychology and business success. Over the past fifteen years, N. Kozlov’s books have been distributed throughout Russia with a circulation of over 1,5 million copies. In addition to writing books, coaching, scientific, organizational and methodological work, he conducts a lot of educational and advisory work through his personal website http://nkozlov.ru.

Since 2008, he has been the head of the editorial board that creates the portal “Psychologist: Encyclopedia of Practical Psychology” www.psychologos.ru. In 2010, he opened the University of Practical Psychology, leading the program of additional psychological education and training coaches, psychologists-consultants and psychologists-trainers.
