Kombucha – prevention of stomatitis
Option 1.
To prepare a medicinal infusion, the following herbal collection is required:
1) May rose hips – 3 parts;
2) Leaves of sage officinalis – 2 parts;
3) Oregano grass – 1 part;
4) Leaves of birch drooping – 1 part. 10 tbsp. spoons of the collection should be poured with a liter of boiling water, insist for 30 minutes and strain. Then the resulting infusion is poured into a jar per liter of infusion kombucha, infused for 3 days and used to rinse the mouth several times a day.
Option 2.
The following herbal collection is required:
1) Chamomile flowers – 3 parts;
2) White willow bark – 3 parts;
3) Common oak bark – 2 parts;
4) Heart linden flowers – 2 parts.
5 tablespoons of the collection is poured with a liter of boiling water,
insist half an hour and filter. The resulting infusion is poured into a jar per liter of infusion kombucha. After 3 days, the infusion is used to rinse the mouth several times a day.
Option 3.
To prepare a medicinal infusion, the following herbal collection is required:
1) Leaves of sage officinalis – 2 parts;
2) Calendula officinalis flowers – 1 part;
3) Walnut leaves – 1 part;
4) Creeping thyme herb – 1 part.
5 tablespoons of the collection is poured with a liter of boiling water,
insist half an hour and filter. The resulting infusion is poured into a jar per liter of infusion kombucha. After 3 days, the infusion is used to rinse the mouth several times a day.
