What pictures do you have as a keepsake of these nine months? Perfect pictures from a “pregnant” photo shoot overflowing with tenderness? It’s boring!
Well, okay, don’t be boring. Everyone should have such pictures. When it is hard for you with an infant, one year old, and then with a teenager, you can revise them and brighten your soul. And our today’s heroine decided to approach the photo session from a different angle. According to Maya Vorderstrasse, a mother of two children, not a single pregnant woman has yet had a little bit of humor.
Maya was photographed for all 9 months. An indispensable attribute of the photo was an ordinary slate board, on which Maya wrote down her impressions of the current stage of pregnancy. It turned out very funny and funny.
“To be honest, all these images of motherhood as an easy and carefree state are pretty tiring,” she said. “Therefore, I decided to share with the whole world the chaos that is actually happening in the life of a pregnant woman.”
According to Maya, she wanted moms to understand: you don’t have to try to be perfect. Nobody is perfect, and that’s okay.
Sometimes her boyfriend poses with Maya in the photo. After all, he, too, is part of the “pregnant” chaos. And then, after giving birth, scenes with breastfeeding appeared in Maya’s collection.
“I just tried to translate my feelings into words. It all looks funny in my head, so I’d rather laugh at my suffering than cry about it, ”she said.
Maya is sure that nothing, even two weathermen in the house, will change her funny attitude to life.
“When I look back at my past life, I want to remember this time cheerful, light and filled with love,” the woman says.
Let’s go.
