Kiwi liqueurs: 7 recipes at home

Exotic kiwi fruit attracts home gourmet winemakers with a pleasant sweet and sour taste, bright green color and delicate aroma. It would seem that everything required for the manufacture of good quality alcohol is available.

However, experiments often end after the first tasting. And all because they start with a primitive tincture of alcohol, which, to put it mildly, is not particularly presentable. It looks and tastes like compote diluted with alcohol, and not the original drink.

And it would be worth starting with a thick liquor, which, with the right selection of ingredients and recipes, can become a favorite delicacy.
