Kiwi and banana jam “Emerald winter”

Incredibly, you can also make jam in winter! Certainly not from imported strawberries or from raspberries, which cannot be found at this time of year. Unlike – kiwi, this fruit in winter is considered to be one of the healthiest. And the jam from it will be incredibly tasty and beautiful – a stunning emerald color.

And so that one kiwi in the bank is not bored, you can add a banana to it, no less useful. 

Ingredients: 

  • 7 pcs. Kiwi
  • 2 pcs. Banana
  • 260 g Sugar
  • 1.5 teaspoon. Gelatin
  • Half the juice squeezed from a whole lemon

Preparation:

1. Cut kiwi and banana into small slices.

 

2. Mash the fruit lightly and add the sugar and gelatin.

3. Cook the prepared mixture for about 5 minutes.

The jam is ready! Use it for your morning toast, pancakes, pancakes, or baked goods!
